  • Made-to-order products such as satin arrangements require up to 14 business days for production.

  • Preserved rose arrangements require up to 5-10 business days.

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping times after dispatch typically range from 2-5 business days.

  • All shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Rose Haus Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs processing times.


5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Most products are custom and handmade, and therefore are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Non-custom, non-personalized items may be eligible for return if reported within 48 hours of delivery and returned within 14 calendar days.

  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
