Shipping Times & Policies

Every creation is crafted in-haus by our team — no middlemen, no outsourcing — ensuring the highest level of attention, artistry, and customer satisfaction.

Because of our made-to-order production process, shipping times vary.
Please review the policy below carefully, as we offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items.

Made-to-Order Products | Custom Designed Orders

Satin Arrangements (Handmade to Order):

  • Production time: Up to 14 business days depending on the number of roses and details of bouquet.

  • After production is completed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on carrier and destination.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Larger Preserved Rose Arrangements (Handmade to Order):

  • Production time: Up to 5–10 business days (to allow for box preparation and rose preservation process)

  • After production is completed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.

Note:
If both satin and preserved products are ordered together, they will ship once all items are ready.


Ready-to-Ship Products

In-Stock Decor, Standard Preserved Rose Boxes, and Accessories:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.


Shipping Methods

  • Rose Haus Co. ships via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the United States.
    (International shipping coming soon!)


 Important Notes

  • Production time + shipping time = total delivery timeline.

  • All shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

  • Rose Haus Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs processing times.

  • All packages are professionally packed and photographed prior to dispatch for quality assurance.
